About Trish Nuñez-Strid

Trish Nuñez-Strid brings a rare and dynamic blend of global perspective, entrepreneurial drive, and deep local expertise to her thriving real estate practice on Philadelphia’s Main Line.

Born in Uruguay and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Trish’s professional journey has always centered around people, communication, and connection. A graduate of Colgate University, she launched her career in high-level sales and marketing at Allure and Rolling Stone magazines in New York City, managing premier fashion and beauty accounts such as Estée Lauder, Versace, Revlon, and Ralph Lauren. It was in these fast-paced, relationship-driven roles that Trish honed the business acumen, negotiation skills, and client-first mentality that continue to define her work today.

After earning her Master’s degree in Bilingual Speech and Language Pathology from Columbia University, Trish relocated to the Philadelphia suburbs, where she built a respected and successful private practice. For over 15 years, she worked closely with children and families, helping them overcome communication challenges through empathy, strategy, and unwavering support—a foundation that translates seamlessly to real estate, where trust and clarity are just as critical. Beyond her clinical work, Trish developed and managed every aspect of her business—from brand identity and client acquisition to operations and growth—giving her the hands-on experience of building a service-based brand from the ground up. 

Trish’s passion for real estate began when she and her husband purchased their first investment property in Brooklyn, followed by another in Philadelphia. That early hands-on experience sparked a lifelong interest in the market and set the stage for her eventual career shift. Today, she is a seasoned, top-producing real estate professional with a reputation for integrity, insight, and results. Her approach is analytical and intuitive—leveraging market knowledge, emotional intelligence, and a people-first mindset.

 

After establishing herself as a respected top producer with a loyal client base in the luxury Main Line market, Trish partnered with fellow agent Meghan Houder to launch the Houder Nuñez-Strid Team. Together, they have built a brand defined by elevated service, strategic vision, and the belief that true success is measured by reputation, relationships, and results.

A longtime resident of Wayne, Trish and her husband are raising their family in Radnor, where their three children have attended Radnor schools since kindergarten. Her deep community ties, firsthand knowledge of the Main Line, and natural ability to connect with others are invaluable assets to her clients.

Outside of real estate, Trish enjoys fitness, food, fashion (always a New Yorker at heart!), dance, and travel. She supports the arts as a member of the Philadelphia Ballet Advancement Committee and gives back through her active involvement with the Young Men’s Service League. Whether helping clients find their dream home or their next investment, Trish brings her signature energy, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction.
